What is Jus Drop?
Jus Drop is a package forwarding service that gives you a UK shipping address so you can shop from UK online stores and have your purchases shipped to St Kitts & Nevis.
When you sign up, you get a personal UK address. You use this address when shopping at any UK store (Amazon, ASOS, John Lewis, etc.). Your packages are delivered to our UK warehouse, and when you're ready, we ship them to you in Nevis.
The main benefit is package consolidation—we can combine multiple packages from different stores into one shipment, which saves you money on shipping costs.
How do I get started?
Getting started with Jus Drop is simple:

Shopping and ordering
Which UK stores can I shop from?
You can shop from ANY UK online store that delivers within the UK. If a store ships to a UK address, you can use your Jus Drop address.
This includes major retailers like Amazon UK, John Lewis, ASOS, Zara, Nike, Boots, Look Fantastic, and thousands of other UK shops. Whether it's fashion, electronics, beauty products, or homeware—if it's available online in the UK, we can receive it and ship it to you in St Kitts & Nevis.
How do I use my Jus Drop address when shopping?
When checking out at any UK online store, simply enter your Jus Drop UK address as the delivery address.
Important: Make sure to include your full name and your unique Suite/Reference number on the first address line. This helps us identify your package when it arrives at our facility.
Can I shop from multiple stores at once?
Absolutely! One of the best benefits of Jus Drop is that you can shop from as many different UK stores as you like.
All your packages will be delivered to your Jus Drop UK address, and we'll hold them at our facility until you're ready to ship. When you have everything you want, we'll consolidate all your packages into one shipment to St Kitts & Nevis. This saves you money because you only pay for one shipment instead of multiple separate deliveries.
Are there any items I cant ship?
Yes, we cannot ship certain prohibited items including:

Liquids, aerosols, or pressurized containers (restrictions apply for air shipments)

What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:

You can choose which method works best for you based on how quickly you need your items and your budget.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the size of the box your items fit into, not the number of items or weight.
Our standard box sizes and prices are:

Large Box : £60.00
We pack your items together to use the smallest box possible, which saves you money. If your items don't fit within our standard box sizes, contact us for a custom shipping quote.
What are the membership plans?
We offer three membership options:

Standard (Free): No monthly fee. Pay standard shipping rates with no commitment.

Silver (£10/month): Save 10% on every shipment. Great if you ship regularly.

Gold (£15/month): Save 15% on every shipment. Best value for frequent shoppers.
The higher your plan, the bigger your savings. If you ship often, a paid membership can quickly pay for itself through the discounts.
What is package consolidation?
Package consolidation is when we combine multiple packages from different stores into one single shipment.
Here's how it works: Instead of shipping each package separately (which would cost you more), we open your packages, carefully repack all your items together into one box, and send everything to St Kitts & Nevis in a single shipment.
This saves you money because you only pay for one box instead of paying shipping fees for each individual package. The more items you consolidate, the more you save.
How long can you hold my packages?
We can hold your packages at our UK facility for up to 60 days at no additional charge.
This gives you plenty of time to shop from multiple stores and accumulate items before requesting shipment. Once you're ready, just let us know and we'll consolidate and ship everything together.
How will I know when my packages arrive at your facility?
When you order items from UK stores, log into your Jus Drop membership area and register each package you're expecting. Enter the store name, tracking number, and item description in the "Add Package" section.
Once registered, your packages will appear in your "My Packages" section where you can track their status. When each package arrives at our UK facility, we'll update the status and send you an email notification so you know it's ready to be shipped to St Kitts & Nevis.
This system helps us identify your packages quickly and keeps you informed every step of the way.
What happens when my package arrives in St Kitts & Nevis?
Once your shipment arrives in Nevis, our local agent will contact you to arrange delivery. They'll let you know when your package is ready and coordinate a convenient time to deliver it to your address.
You'll also receive tracking updates so you can follow your package's journey from our UK facility all the way to your door in St Kitts & Nevis.
Payment and Pricing
When do I pay for shipping?
For Air Freight: You pay when you're ready to ship. Once your items arrive at our UK facility, log into your "My Packages" section, review what you have, and request shipment. We'll calculate the cost based on the box size needed, you'll approve and pay, and then we ship your items within 1-2 business days.
For Sea Freight: When your items arrive, we'll pack them into the appropriate box size and send you an email confirming the box sizes and shipping cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our website.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay.
Your only costs are:

That's it. No surprise fees, no handling charges, and no storage fees for the first 60 days.
Custom & Duties
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Customs duties and taxes are determined by St Kitts & Nevis customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount depends on the value and type of items you're importing.
When you register your packages in your Jus Drop account, you'll need to declare the accurate value of your items. This information is used for customs documentation. We recommend always declaring the actual purchase price to avoid any issues with customs.
